Figs harvested and processed by hand, the recipes are faithful to the Apulian tradition.

DRIED FIGS WITH JONIO ELIXIR

The aromas of the Apulian Ionian coast are enclosed in "Elisir Dello Jonio" the liqueur impregnates the figs ensuring a typical and unique taste.

Ingredients Dried figs (Origin: Puglia, Italy), sugar, liqueur (25%) (water, alcohol, sugar, herbal infusions, spices and aromas). Product made without the use of preservatives and dyes.

MARRIED DRIED FIGS

Dried figs with almonds, also called "Fichi Maritati" are made up of a few simple ingredients that allow us to collect the flavor of our land in a simple bite.

Ingredients Figs (Origin Puglia, Italy), toasted almonds (20%), lemon peel, fennel seeds, cinnamon and bay leaf. Product made without the use of preservatives and dyes. 

DOTTED FIGS IN CHOCOLATE 

The "Dottati" figs represent the maximum expression of the natural fig, enriched with a layer of dark chocolate to enhance the uniqueness of the flavor.

Ingredients Figs (Origin Puglia, Italy), dark chocolate 15% (Min cocoa: 70%) (Cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor). Product made without the use of preservatives and dyes.
